Deep-Dive: AI & Psychedelics

This deep-dive talk functioned as a complement to the exhibition, RAPTURE, by Andrea Khôra, which was on display at Blessed Foundation in Summer 2024. This talk explored key themes in RAPTURE, focusing on psychedelics and AI. In part 1, available on YouTube, we hear from Shaneihu Yawanawá, Utxi Yawanawá, Yawatume Yawanawá, Maria Fernanda Gebara, and Gui Faria, who share their views on the psychedelics boom from the perspective of indigenous traditions and ethics. Part 2 shows a presentation that we had the pleasure of hearing from Neşe Devenot, whose research was a major influence in Andrea’s work, offering a critical assessment of the collision of psychedelics and capitalism. Part 3 brings all these speakers together, along with Andrea Khôra and Sylwia Serafinowicz, for an insightful Q&A session.
