As social media and algorithmic systems reshape our cognition, memory, and behaviour, this conversation explores why theory has failed to translate into real awareness. Lil Internet argues that we need to see digital technologies as environments that actively shape who we are. He advocates for a more embodied, intuitive, and even slightly paranoid relationship to the digital world - one that recognises the depth and strangeness of its influence.

Lil Internet is a co-founder of the media platform and podcast New Models, where he first began sharing his experimental monologues and radio plays. He has worked as a video director (Beyoncé), music producer (Azealia Banks), and pop theorist (Artforum, Texte zur Kunst, Kaleidoscope) and has lectured on culture and the internet for the Museum of Modern Art, New York; CPH:DOX, Copenhagen; Dubai Art Forum; and Bundeskunsthalle Bonn. Lil Internet lives and works in Berlin.
